Abstract:

数字化高频弧焊逆变电源以其效率高、体积小、易于控制等优点在焊接方面得到广泛应用,但随着弧焊逆变电源高频化的发展,产生的传导EMI也越来越严重,尤其是共模传导EMI。本文基于数字有源EMI滤波(DAEF)控制,提出了一种降低弧焊逆变电源共模传导EMI的方法,该方法通过采样检测EMI信号、数字化补偿控制、DAC输出并注入,形成闭环EMI控制,其EMI控制可嵌入弧焊电源原有控制器资源中节约控制成本,因不在主电路中串接器件,从根本上解决了EMI滤波器体积和功耗大的问题。本文对带有DAEF的逆变弧焊电源系统进行设计、建模及补偿控制,仿真分析了基于DAEF控制的弧焊逆变电源系统在稳定性和动态性能方面的优势。最后,实验结果证明了所提出方法在减小弧焊电源传导EMI发射、提高其动态性能方面的优势。
