混合电动汽车多电平车载变换器的研究

Abstract:

以车载电源为动力的混合动力汽车已受到越来越多的关注。针对现有车载功率变换器存在的问题电池单体动态均压、功率密度、使用寿命与安全性等,本文提出一种由级联H桥单元、矩阵变换器与中频变压器组合的交直流混合多电平变换器。该拓扑可实现交、直流两种输入模式的独立控制,兼顾电池供电和发电机供电,兼容Plug-in模式。采用中频变压器和矩阵变换器减小了系统的体积与重量,实现高功率密度运行,并使系统具备四象限运行能力。由于拓扑中不存在大规模电池组并联,可有效地提高电池组的使用寿命、可靠性和电能利用率。仿真和实验均验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。
