输出本安Buck-Boost变换器的最危险输出短路放电工况研究

Abstract:

为得出Buck-Boost变换器最危险的输出短路放电工况,依据其输出短路火花放电曲线,深入研究了负载电阻、输入电压等参数对输出短路放电能量的影响。考虑到实际的参数取值范围,指出当负载电阻RL小于给定电感L对应的临界电阻RLC时,输出短路火花放电能量是关于RL的凹函数,且随输入电压的减小而增大;当RL>RLC时,放电能量与输入电压无关,但随RL的增加而增大。并得出Buck-Boost变换器存在一特征电感LT,当L>LT时,其最危险工况为负载电阻和输入电压最小;而在L
