高速爪极电机外永磁转子设计

Abstract:

为了解决内转子结构高速永磁电机转子保护套导致的等效气隙大和散热困难等问题,本文研究了一种外转子结构高速永磁爪极电机。计算了不同温度时转子铁心和永磁体应力分布情况,分析了外永磁转子不同模态下的临界转速与转子动力学特性,研究了轴承刚度对转子临界转速的影响,分析了转子结构尺寸与主要电磁性能参数的关系,提出了该类电机外永磁转子综合设计方法,并研制了一台1.5kW试验样机。通过样机空载和负载试验验证了外转子结构高速爪极电机的可行性和设计方法的正确性。
