各向异性横向磁通永磁直线电机穿片漏磁分析

Abstract:

由于磁通三维分布结构特点,横向磁通永磁直线电机(TransverseFluxPermanentMagnetLinearMachine,TFPMLM)存在特殊的穿片漏磁。为提高等效磁路法计算精度,TFPMLM轴向漏磁的准确计算十分必要。本文结合TFPMLM磁通路径特点对穿片漏磁形成机理进行分析,推导轴向叠片各向异性穿片漏磁通解析表达式,并研究穿片漏磁与叠压系数、极弧长等电机参数之间的关系。采用有限元分析和实验验证TFPMLM轴向穿片漏磁计算方法的正确性和准确性。研究结果为横向磁通永磁直线振荡发电机设计提供了理论依据。
