基于双LCL谐振补偿的电动汽车无线充电系统特性分析与实验验证

Abstract:

针对满足电动汽车车载无线充电要求的双LCL谐振补偿网络进行研究与分析。首先分析电动汽车无线充电的电磁耦合关系及4种基本谐振补偿网络特性;然后基于双LCL谐振补偿的工作特性,探讨分析在电动汽车无线充电发射端与接收端发生横向及纵向相对偏移时的工作特性;最后通过Ansoft,针对圆盘型电磁耦合结构进行三维有限元仿真,并搭建一个5.5kW的双LCL谐振补偿实验系统,对在纵向距离200mm(最大横向偏移120mm)和无横向偏移(纵向距离150~250mm)时的工作特性进行验证。该系统在纵向距离200mm(无横向偏移)时,最大功率传输能力为5.5kW,同时达到最大效率点95.37%。
