定子单元铁心轴向类分布排列的横向磁通永磁直线电机

Abstract:

横向磁通永磁直线电机具有力密度高和控制特性好的优点,但推力波动较大也是一个不容忽视的问题,为此提出了一种定子单元铁心轴向类分布排列的横向磁通永磁直线电机。本文首先介绍了原有横向磁通永磁直线电机的结构及工作原理;在此基础上,提出了一种新型定子单元铁心轴向类分布排列方式,通过理论分析及数值计算研究了其对电机反电动势、定位力和电磁力的影响,同时对不同定子单元铁心轴向类分布排列方式进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,采用定子单元铁心轴向类分布排列方式可以有效抑制电机的推力波动。
