基于分数阶Hilbert变换的模拟电路双层故障特征提取方法

Abstract:

利用分数阶p值的灵活性和解析信号能提取信号的细部特征,本文提出基于分数阶Hilbert变换的模拟电路双层故障特征提取新方法,提取分数阶Hilbert变化后解析信号的幅值、相位和瞬时频率的熵值作为特征值。首先根据Fisher准则和遗传算法找到正常样本与其他故障样本之间区分性最大的最优分数阶p1值,提取特征后用二类支持向量机SVM诊断出正常样本,然后采用相同的方法找出不同故障样本之间区分性最大的最优分数阶p2值,提取特征后用多类SVM诊断出各类故障样本。实验结果表明该方法能有效提高故障诊断的准确率。
