永磁风力发电机流场与温度场耦合分析

Abstract:

根据2.5MW永磁风力发电机通风结构及传热特点,建立流动及传热耦合的三维物理模型,结合工程实际给出基本假设和边界条件。根据计算流体力学和传热学理论给出耦合求解的数学方程,采用有限体积法(FVM)对流体场及温度场进行耦合求解,并利用实测温升数据验证耦合场计算结果的正确性。最后,对发电机温升分布以及流体冷却性能进行了详细分析,为永磁风力发电机温升的计算以及通风结构的设计提供了理论分析的参考依据。
