一种采用新型无源辅助网络的ZVS全桥变换器

Abstract:

提出了一种新颖的采用辅助网络的零电压开关(ZVS)全桥变换器,它是在传统全桥拓扑上加入了由感性元件和电容组成的无源辅助网络,从而可以在宽输入电压和整个负载范围内实现原边开关管的ZVS。与传统ZVS技术相比,存储在辅助网络中的能量在满载时达到最小,并随着负载电流的减小而自适应的增加,从而减小了重载时的导通损耗。本文详细分析了该变换器的工作原理及其特性,并对电路关键参数进行了设计。在此基础上,设计完成了一台1kW(54V、20A),开关频率为100kHz的原理样机,实验结果验证了该种拓扑的优点。
