基于安时法的镍氢电池SOC估计误差校正

Abstract:

针对安时积分法对镍氢电池SOC估计时存在的累积误差,分别对镍氢电池组进行了不同倍率下的恒流充放电试验和循环工况试验,研究电动车辆长时间运行时电流传感器的测量误差对安时法估计镍氢电池SOC的影响。通过分析试验系统中采用的不同电流传感器的精度,对镍氢电池管理系统中的电流传感器进行了建模,给出了普通精度电流传感器进行安时法估计镍氢电池SOC时的校正方法。仿真与试验的对比结果表明该校正方法可以减小普通精度电流传感器用于安时法估计镍氢电池SOC时产生的累积误差,降低了安时法估计镍氢电池SOC的校准频率。
