电流型四桥臂开关功放控制方法

Abstract:

将三相四桥臂拓扑应用于开关功放当中以增加其集成度,并提出一种通过控制各桥臂节点电位,使三路输出电流跟踪各自给定信号的通用控制方法。该方法可由各桥臂节点的电位直接获得各开关信号的占空比,计算量小,易于实现,并可以推广到任意多桥臂的功率变换器的控制当中。总结出三种典型的电位分配方式,分析了不同的电位分配方式对输出电流的纹波大小和总开关次数的影响,定性地分析了缓冲电路对死区时间的补偿作用。仿真和实验结果均证明了该控制方法的有效性。
