Abstract:

分析了一种改进的零电压开关功率因数校正(PFC)变流器,并给出了优化设计方法。有源钳位Boost变流器中,可以通过一个辅助开关管,一个很小的辅助电感和一个钳位电容实现所有开关器件的零电压开通。通过增加一个很小的辅助二极管VDc,钳位升压二极管上的电压振荡,降低了有源钳位Boost变流器中升压二极管的电压应力。根据优化设计结果,制作了一台功率为500W的PFC样机,输入为90~265VAC的全球电网电压范围。样机在90VAC输入时的效率为95.5%。
