用于金属管材裂纹检测的涡流加载线圈设计

Abstract:

建立了金属管道涡流加载的有限元分析模型,分析了管道涡流加载的感应电流和电磁力分布,对比分析了涡流加载线圈结构、尺寸和激励电流参数的变化对于电磁加载效果的影响,并设计了用于金属管道的涡流加载线圈,为电磁声发射技术应用于金属管道检测提供理论依据。
