基于分形理论的国内大停电分析

Abstract:

在自组织临界理论和分形理论的基础上,采用分形理论分析和研究了中国近些年大停电观测的时间序列数据,给出了国内大停电的规模分布的分形分维特征,建立了一个关于大停电频度与损失负荷的模型,推导出了简单适用的预测函数。
