基于Lissajous图形研究大气压氦气介质阻挡放电

Abstract:

利用高频高压电源,进行大气压氦气介质阻挡放电试验,测量了辉光和多脉冲辉光放电的Lissajous图形,分析各段图形代表的放电过程。研究表明介质阻挡高频放电的Lissajous图形由外电压向气隙、介质充电的直线部分和气隙放电的曲线部分交替出现组成;交替(气隙放电)的次数取决于外加电压的幅值;随着直线出现次序加大,直线斜率逐渐增大;随着放电次数增加,曲线电荷阶跃百分比减小;随着外电压幅值增加,起始放电电压减小,甚至其极性发生改变。
