直线异步电动机的损耗模型与效率优化控制

Abstract:

直线异步电动机具有良好的直接驱动特性,但与旋转电动机相比,其效率较低。本文建立了包含铁损电阻的电动机同步坐标模型,铁损电阻并联在初级励磁回路旁,而不是并联在互感支路旁,因此包含了初级漏感对电动机铁心损耗的影响,推导损耗方程并提出了基于模型法的效率优化控制算法。通过仿真和实验验证,结果表明本文提出的效率优化控制方法能够提高直线异步电动机轻载时的运行效率,而且优化算法对电动机动态特性没有产生明显的影响。
