基于双调制波的中点电压平衡算法

Abstract:

二极管钳位型三电平变换器的母线中点电位不平衡问题是其在实用中存在的固有缺点。本文从分析双调制波方法的工作原理入手,借助平均中点电流和中点电位的关系,提出了一种能够改变平均中点电流取值的补偿量计算方法,进而达到平衡中点电位的目的。仿真和实验结果证明了这种补偿量能够兼顾到负载电流、开关频率、电容值和上下母线电容电压差等影响中点电位平衡的因子,使得平衡过程快速,且系统始终保持稳定。
