智能交流接触器零电流分断技术

Abstract:

零电流分断技术是交流接触器智能化研究的重要内容。本文采用Ansys电磁场软件和基于遗传算法的人工鱼群优化算法对智能交流接触器电磁动作机构进行以快速分断为目标的优化计算,不仅保证智能交流接触器可靠与优化的接通过程,而且实现了动作机构快速释放,从而大幅度减小机构分散性对三相触头特别是首开相触头零电流分断准确性与稳定性影响,提高零电流分断的可靠性,从而提高了交流接触器智能化技术的研究水平。根据优化设计结果加工了样机,对样机测试与试验的结果表明,智能交流接触器的分断时间大幅缩短,三相触头分断时间稳定性也得到明显改善,因此零电流分断的可靠性显著提高。
