基于神经网络的永磁同步电机多参数解耦在线辨识

Abstract:

为消除永磁同步电机数学模型欠秩性而引起的在线多参数辨识时的耦合影响,本文提出了一种矢量控制策略下的d轴负序电流瞬时注入神经网络解耦辨识方法,结合最小均方权值收敛算法,在线辨识出了表贴式永磁同步电机的电感、定子电阻和转子磁链,并通过增加网络结构中节点的方法削弱了逆变器压降、死区等因素对参数辨识精度的影响。实验结果验证了算法的有效性,在不影响电机系统正常运行的同时,实现多参数快速辨识,且具有较好的辨识精度。
