不平衡电网电压下基于滑模变结构控制馈风电系统网侧变流器控制策略

Abstract:

在两相静止坐标系(αβ)下,提出了一种基于滑模变结构的双馈风电系统网侧变流器控制策略,该控制策略采用双环结构,内环为功率环,采用基于滑模变结构的直接功率控制方法,控制结构简单,动态性能良好;外环采用滑模变结构控制来稳定直流电压,动态响应快、鲁棒性强;通过分析不平衡电网电压下网侧变流器的数学模型,证明了本控制策略无需改变系统控制结构,仅需改变功率给定量即可实现网侧变换器不平衡电网电压下的各种控制目标。仿真和实验均表明基于滑模变结构的双环控制策略可在电网电压不平衡条件下实现双馈风电系统网侧变流器的有效控制,并可兼顾系统的稳态和动态性能指标。
