新型双层Halbach永磁阵列的解析分析

Abstract:

提出了一种新型双层Halbach永磁阵列,该阵列结构简单、易于优化,可以得到很高的气隙磁通密度正弦度。设计了一台高速无槽永磁同步电机,运用标量磁位法对双层Halbach永磁阵列在电机气隙中产生的磁场进行了解析分析,得到了气隙磁通密度的数学表达式,并进一步得到了电机空载反电动势。分析表明,优化后的气隙磁通密度的谐波畸变率仅为0.5%,反电动势中的谐波含量也非常小。制造了一台样机并进行了实验研究,通过解析、仿真与实验结果的对比,验证了解析方法的正确性。
