西安城市“新经济”发展的空间特征及其机制

Abstract:

摘要: 基于西安市第二次基本单位普查数据库等资料,对以高新技术密集制造业、新技术密集公共服务业、生产者商务服务业三大产业组群为主体的“新经济”在典型中国城市发展的空间特征及其机制予以解析。结果显示:“新经济”增长与发展格局受“路径依赖”及“新区位创生”双重效应影响,“地理靠近”依然是“新经济”活动获取有利区位条件的主要策略;两个国家级开发区、老城商业中心区、以及大学/科研/文教单位密集区是西安“新经济”生长发展主要区段;其中,高新技术产业开发区因其特有运作机制而成为城市新经济体系的组织中枢与增长核心。
