亚临界压力下航空煤油RP-3动力黏度测量

Abstract:

基于经典的毛细管测量流体黏度原理,提出一种新型的测量高温高压条件下的单相介质流体黏度的方法及实验设备.经过误差分析,该方法具有1.009%的测试误差.利用该方法对蒸馏水的动力黏度(2MPa,295~400K)进行了标定实验,实验结果表明动力黏度测量的平均偏差小于0.715%,其最大偏差不超过2.3%.然后对国产航空煤油RP-3在压力0.1~2MPa下,温度为298~744K下动力黏度进行了测量.该方法适用于均一的牛顿流体.
