带分离式蒸发冷凝器的机械压汽蒸馏系统设计

Abstract:

提出一套蒸发器和冷凝器分离的新型机械压汽蒸馏MVC(MechanicalVaporCompression)系统.描述了新型系统的运行过程,建立了热力循环模型,优化了运行参数,并提出了提高效率的措施.结果表明新型系统可有效解决结垢和污物处理困难的问题;蒸发器与冷凝器间换热温差的最优解是3.7℃;蒸发器盘面旋转、冷凝器换热管表面疏水性处理可强化换热,提高效率.
