新型主动液压滤波器的设计与分析

Abstract:

针对目前主动液压滤波器体积大、结构复杂等问题,提出了一种占用空间小、结构简单的新型主动液压滤波器.采用计算流体动力学在时域内对滤波器所载流体域进行了压力分布计算,分别对三组可控参数激励位移幅值Dm及频率fm作用下的流体域进行分析,通过比较分析发现,Dm和fm的选择决定着该液压滤波器性能的优劣,如果二者与原始非定常流幅频特性匹配较好,则该液压滤波器滤波效果良好,反之,会使系统压力脉动变的极不稳定,这与波的干涉原理相互吻合.算例计算结果表明,当激励频率与初始非定常流频率重合达525Hz,且激励幅值达0.05mm时,系统的压力脉动峰峰值可从2.26MPa降到0.25MPa,即脉动从±5.38%降至±0.6%,说明了该主动液压滤波器的有效性.
