有源集成器件PDN矢量拟合建模方法

Abstract:

基于矢量拟合(VF,VectorFitting)原理和电路综合理论,提出了一种有源集成器件宽带电路建模方法,用于电磁兼容仿真.将在直流偏置下测量获得的端口参数采用矢量拟合方法转化为极点-留数与时域状态方程的形式;然后创建时域电路模型,将状态方程转化为与SPICE(SimulationProgramwithIntegratedCircuitEmphasis)兼容的网表电路模型.该网表可以代替原芯片PDN(PowerDistributionNetwork)用于电路仿真,最后使用该方法对样本芯片PDN模块建模并与相应的集成电路等效模型(ICEM,ICElectromagnetismModeling)进行对比,结果表明矢量拟合模型相比ICEM模型具有更宽的有效带宽以及更小的模型误差.
