胶粘剂性能对挖补修理层合板拉伸性能的影响

Abstract:

利用非线性三维有限元模型,对挖补修理复合材料层合板的拉伸破坏行为进行研究,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,证明了所建模型的有效性.在此基础上,分析了挖补修理层合板的拉伸破坏机理,以及胶粘剂力学性能对挖补结构拉伸性能的影响.最终,总结出挖补修理复合材料结构胶粘剂选用原则以及理想胶粘剂的性能特征.研究结果可为复合材料结构可修理性设计,以及挖补类复合材料层合板端面对接用胶粘剂的研制提供参考.
