基于有限元的水泥路面冰冻损伤机理

Abstract:
为了研究水泥混凝土路面冰冻损伤机理,对混凝土材料的微观结构进行了研究,并对水泥混凝土路面温度场进行了有限元分析。基于应力场、多孔体系渗流场和温度场的多物理场耦合理论,利用Comsol软件,对水泥混凝土路面内部结冰的现象进行了数值模拟。根据不同的降温速率、孔隙率、渗透系数和孔隙累积分布函数,设计了4组模型,每组4个模型进行对比。计算了结冰对路面造成的应力和应变,得到了参考点的应力和应变随温度变化的曲线图。结果表明,降温速率越快、孔隙率越大、渗透系数越小;相同孔隙率情况下,小孔隙占的比例越多,冰冻对路面的损伤就越大。
