聚酯纤维沥青胶浆流变特性研究

Abstract:

采用粘度试验、动态剪切试验和动态蠕变试验研究了聚酯纤维对沥青胶浆流变特性的影响,并分析了聚酯纤维的作用机理。试验结果表明聚酯纤维掺入后能增大沥青胶浆的粘度,当纤维掺量超过0.5%时增粘效果明显;聚酯纤维沥青胶浆的复合剪切模量增大并且相位角降低,表明纤维发挥增强作用的同时,还能增加沥青胶浆的弹性性质;高温时聚酯纤维沥青胶浆的车辙因子明显高于基准样,并且在蠕变试验加载过程中产生的总应变和永久应变大幅度降低,表明聚酯纤维能有效改善沥青胶浆与混合料抗永久变形的能力。
