山西运煤专线水泥混凝土试验路结构分析

Abstract:
针对山西省运煤专线行驶的车辆轴重大、轮压高和多轴化的特点,采用弹性地基上多层结构模型,对试验路段素水泥混凝土(PCP)路面结构组合的荷载应力、温度应力进行了仔细的计算分析,给出了钢筋混凝土(JRCP)、连续配筋混凝土(CRCP)路面的配筋率,进而对试验路不同路面结构组合的疲劳寿命进行预估。结合近期试验路段路况调查结果,对试验段不同路面结构组合形式的适应性进行评价分析。分析表明,(1)增加水泥混凝土面层厚度,是保证运煤专线在车辆轴重大、轮压高和多轴化作用下具有较高疲劳寿命的首要选择;(2)采用连续配筋混凝土结构组合,存在裂缝间距不能控制在规范要求的范围内;(3)采用双层钢筋网的钢筋混凝土路面结构组合较素混凝土、连续配筋混凝土结构组合更有优势。
