汽车滚装码头堆场车位智能决策研究

Abstract:

为了提高汽车滚装码头车位的利用率,并能在有限的堆场车位资源中实现生产作业计划的动态合理安排,针对汽车滚装码头堆场车位动态调度问题,结合实际工程项目,构建了基于智能决策的堆场车位计划的数学模型,提出了基于滚动周期的仿真算法,并在此基础上集成智能决策模块、仿真模块和基于B/S的信息管理系统,开发了汽车滚装码头堆场车位智能决策系统。通过该智能决策系统的信息管理模块,能够将汽车滚装码头的实际生产数据引入该系统,并借助智能决策模块快速生成堆场车位计划,该堆场车位计划可通过可视化仿真模块进行验证。
