铁路车辆运行安全监控(5T)系统的研究与应用

Abstract:
车辆运行安全监控系统(5T系统)是中国铁路在面临客货混运、提速、重载的新形势下采取的保障车辆运行安全的重要手段。系统采用多种先进的动态检测技术、信息处理技术和网络技术实现对车辆运行状态的实时动态监测。在专项监测系统报警评判的基础上,运用多个监测系统的监测信息和技术履历信息,建立综合报警评判模型,提高报警的准确性。针对多个监测系统的实时监控问题,通过搭建统一的监控网络平台,制定多种监测数据接口标准、优化业务流程、建立运用管理制度等一系列方法,实现了多系统的系统整合、集中监控和资源共享,提高了工作效率和工作质量,对铁路车辆运行安全保障发挥了重要作用。
