钢筋混凝土构件裂缝宽度计算的修正方法及其实桥试验研究

Abstract:

针对各国规范对混凝土构件的裂缝宽度计算方法纷繁复杂及对闭口箱型构件的裂缝宽度计算仍无章可循的局面,基于不同的裂缝宽度计算理论,对比分析了各国混凝土设计规范中关于开口截面裂缝宽度计算公式的参数;结合实际工程的典型钢筋混凝土箱梁桥,分别按各国混凝土设计规范的计算公式预测其裂缝宽度,并与箱梁桥的裂缝实测值进行比对,分析结果差异的原因。在此基础上,综合不同箱室布置、支撑方式及配筋的钢筋混凝土箱梁桥的有关研究成果,提出了对现行公路桥梁规范(JTGD62-2004)中裂缝宽度预测公式的参数修正方法。结果表明,利用修正公式计算的裂缝宽度与实桥的实测值吻合较好。该修正方法可弥补原有公式的不足,可适用于钢筋混凝土箱梁桥的裂缝宽度预测。
