盾构壁后注浆压力分布计算模型

Abstract:

为了明确盾尾空隙中浆体压力的大小及分布形式,利用宾汉姆流体描述浆液流体性质,推导了浆液注入盾尾空隙后考虑浆液扩散距离和注浆时间相关的浆体压力分布计算模型。该模型通过室内试验获得浆液的塑性粘度和屈服强度值,即可针对具体的工程实例,设置不同的参数(注浆孔数量及布设位置、注浆压力、隧道半径等参数)来计算浆液注入后的浆体压力值,并与初始地层应力分布进行对比,获得合理的注浆口处注浆压力设定值。将该模型与现场实测值进行对比分析,验证了该模型的合理性。
