再生工艺对热再生沥青混合料低温抗裂性能的影响

Abstract:
通过劈裂试验对热再生沥青混合料的低温性能进行了室内试验研究,分析了不同的再生工艺条件(旧料掺加比例、旧料是否预热、新旧料拌和时间以及再生剂掺加工艺等)下的劈裂强度、破坏拉伸应变、劲度模量和应变能密度等相应指标。试验结果表明,增加新料的掺加比例、充分预热旧料、增加新旧料拌和时间将有助于提高再生混合料低温抗裂性能;改进常用的再生剂掺加工艺同样可以保证低温性能。
