锈蚀变形钢筋混凝土受弯构件的受力性能试验研究

Abstract:

针对钢筋锈蚀对受弯构件受力性能的影响展开系统的试验研究,共进行了24根试件的试验,采用电化学锈蚀方法对试件钢筋进行快速锈蚀,研究了钢筋直径、钢筋锈蚀率等影响因素对受弯构件性能的影响。试验结果表明钢筋锈蚀削弱了钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结,降低了构件的抗弯刚度,刚度的减小幅度随锈蚀率的增大而提高;同时也影响了截面的变形协调,致使受弯构件的承载能力降低;锈蚀率相近的构件承载力退化基本相当,锈蚀试件的屈服挠度显著大于未锈蚀构件,但混凝土边缘压应变与未锈蚀试件基本相当,表明钢筋本身削弱的影响略大于粘结退化的影响。
