可拓学理论在区域物流发展评价中的应用

Abstract:

基于可拓工程方法,在物元模型理论的基础上建立了区域物流发展综合评判的物元模型,提出了采用综合赋值法计算物元模型中各评价指标权重的方法。首先建立区域物流发展水平的评价指标体系,接着利用层次分析法和熵权法求出了各评价指标的权重,再利用可拓方法对区域物流发展水平进行了综合评估,最后应用实际案例验证了该方法。研究表明层次分析法和熵权法相结合的综合赋值法确定区域物流发展评价指标的权重是可行的,并且可拓学方法能较好反映区域物流发展现状,其结果将有助于决策者制定各地区物流发展战略。
