新型常温沥青性能测试方法与关键评价指标研究

Abstract:

在参考道路沥青评价方法和控制指标的基础上,针对一种新型常温沥青的安全性、黏性、黏附性、挥发性以及蒸发残留物的感温性、高温性能、低温性能、弹性恢复性能设计了相应的测试方法,提出了相应的技术指标体系及指标建议值,并对其进行了性能评价.试验结果表明该常温沥青对温度变化较敏感,高温性能较好,但低温抗裂性、抗常温变形性能较差.建议该新型常温沥青中应掺入少量聚合物改性剂,以提高其延塑性和抗变形能力,便于满足高等级公路面层所用沥青材料的技术要求.
