交通管制时限条件下城市物流配送优化双层规划模型

Abstract:

针对交通管制时限条件下的城市物流配送优化问题,综合考虑配送企业的配送成本、环境成本及配送时间,构建双层规划模型.上层模型以配送企业广义费用最小化作为目标,用于确定时限条件下的城市物流配送优化方案;下层模型为城市交通均衡分配模型,用于分析上层给出的城市物流配送优化方案中配送路径选择行为.采用遗传算法求解模型,以简单网络进行算例分析,并对比测算2种时限情景下的企业配送广义费用.分析结果表明在城市物流配送过程中,受到交通管制时间窗的影响,物流企业的配送时间、配送成本与环境成本显著增加,降低了企业配送收益;当要求在时间窗范围内将货物配送完毕时,配送企业的配送时间由5.91%增加到7.32%,配送成本由7.6%增加到13.5%,而配送企业的环境成本有所降低.在交通管制时限期间,受到平均运费及出行需求的双重影响,时限情景2的配送成本增加比例达到26.85%;由于网络出行需求量变化与基础情景一致,时限情景1在时限期间的环境成本和配送时间的增加比例较小.对比交通管制时限期与整个配送期,交通管制时限期的城市物流配送时间与配送成本的增量均高于整个配送期.
