ATB-30沥青混合料VVCM与马歇尔设计对比

Abstract:

通过室内外试验验证垂直振动成型(VVCM)试件的可靠性,对比研究VVCM方法和马歇尔方法对ATB-30沥青混合料设计的影响.结果表明ATB-30沥青混合料VVCM试件的体积指标更接近于路面芯样,VVCM试件的力学强度与路面芯样的相关性高达94%,而马歇尔试件的相关性不足61%;与马歇尔法设计ATB-30沥青混合料相比,VVCM设计ATB-30沥青混合料节约沥青约8%,密度提高了1.6%,马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、抗剪强度、抗拉强度分别提高了54%,39%,55%,54%,水稳定性也有所提高.
