基于数字图像处理的表面裂缝宽度测量

Abstract:
为了避免传统人工裂缝宽度检测方法耗时、耗力、危险、花费高等缺点,提出了一种新的基于数字图像处理技术的表面裂缝宽度测量方法。介绍了该法首先通过编制的程序对采集到的数字图像进行像素标定、灰度转换、阈值分割、中值滤波等步骤后,提取裂缝的图像,进而计算得到裂缝的宽度的过程。同时,利用试验方法对该法进行了误差分析,验证了该法具有相当高的精确性与可行性,可以满足工程实际的需要。
