填充型环氧涂层钢绞线锚具的设计与锚固性能试验

Abstract:

对填充型环氧涂层钢绞线锚固单元的锚固过程和锚固机理进行分析,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元建模和分析。分析结果显示,夹片外锥角为11°~13°,夹片内丝牙螺距为1.5~2mm,齿高为0.7~0.9mm,牙型角为60°~70°,夹片锥角比锚板孔锥角大10'~20'时,不出现切口效应,锚固效率系数大于95%。通过静载试验和疲劳试验验证其锚固性能,试验结果表明,在填充型环氧涂层钢绞线施工过程的低应力和使用过程中的高应力状态下,该锚具均具有可靠的锚固性能。
