BOTDA光纤传感技术监测钢筋锈蚀损伤的试验研究

Abstract:

基于钢筋锈蚀后钢筋及其周围混凝土的应力、应变发生变化的事实,提出了一种混凝土中钢筋腐蚀监测的新方法,即应用基于布里渊光时域分析计(BOTDA)的光纤传感技术监测钢筋混凝土结构的应变,通过应变分布的变化实现对钢筋锈蚀的监测。通过试验梁对该方法的可行性进行了验证,并对比分析了钢筋局部锈蚀对应变分布的影响,对试验梁的锈蚀位置进行了识别。结果表明,利用BOTDA系统的识别效果与荷载大小,锈蚀位置,锈蚀长度有关,荷载越大,锈蚀段长度越大,越靠近跨中,识别效果越好。因此,BOTDA光纤传感技术能够识别钢筋的锈蚀损伤,实现混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的分布式监测。
