碎石化旧混凝土路面上沥青加铺层应力及顶面模量

Abstract:

将碎石化处治的旧水泥混凝土路面层视为宏观均匀、各向同性的线弹性体,采用双层弹性层状体系模型,深入分析了碎石化旧水泥混凝土路面上沥青加铺层的应力、弯沉变化规律,给出了对应不同交通量及沥青加铺层厚度下碎石化旧路面顶面最小回弹模量值,以及碎石化旧路面顶面最大容许弯沉值。研究表明,对应不同交通量和沥青加铺层厚度,要求碎石化旧水泥混凝土路面顶面弯沉在41~114(0.01mm)之间变化,否则,顶面弯沉超过114(0.01mm),则碎石化旧路面不能提供所需的刚度要求,需另外设置基层后再加铺沥青层。
