以矿渣为主要组分的环保型路面基层结合料及其稳定土的力学性能

Abstract:

利用碱钙硫复合激发矿渣粉潜在活性的机理,以水泥的强度、凝结时间、抗裂性为技术指标研制出了2种环保的新型路面基层结合料(NSB),该结合料的矿渣粉用量达到了75%。通过对NSB稳定细粒土与级配碎石的力学性能试验,分析了NSB用在稳定土中的可行性。结果表明这2种NSB都具备了缓凝、抗裂性好的优点,且强度超过了半刚性路面基层对水泥的技术要求;用NSB稳定细粒土与级配碎石,具有抗压强度、弯拉强度与劈裂强度均较高、最大弯拉应变较大的特点;同时用数据说明了2种结合料对土有选择性,石灰石掺量为2%的NSB1适合稳定级配碎石,而石灰石掺量为4%的NSB2适合稳定细粒土。所有的研究表明这2种NSB能够满足半刚性基层的需求。
