公路资金政策研究

Abstract:

世界各国在解决各自的公路资金问题方面都有各自的政策和途径,然而,由于公路在国民经济中的地位和作用以及因此而产生的种种关系,决定了各国或迟或早地要对公路资金采取某些大致相同的政策.本文综合研究了一些国家的公路资金政策,探讨解决公路资金问题的一般规律,同时也讨论了各国间公路资金政策的差异及其原因.
