Abstract:

针对国际物流网络设计中忽视连续需求下库存成本影响问题,基于梯级库存持有成本和产品的价值增值过程,建立了连续需求下包含关税成本的多层级选址-库存模型。模型考虑了设施打开成本、运输成本、库存成本、采购成本、生产成本和关税成本之间的相互影响关系,同时对网络结构参数、运输量和订货批量进行决策。利用粒子群优化算法对多个不同的算例进行了求解。算例结果表明在国际物流网络设计中,考虑关税影响能够带来明显的成本节约,而且随着需求、单位运输成本和库存成本的增加,这种节约会增大;建立的模型和设计的粒子群优化算法是有效和可行的,可以用于国际物流网络设计。
