限速条件下驾驶员行车速度选择问题研究

Abstract:
超速行车是影响交通安全的重要因素,不仅导致交通事故次数、事故严重性的增加,还加重交通噪声和空气污染。对驾驶员在有速度限制的道路上行车时其速度选择问题进行研究,结果表明,驾驶员对自身行车速度的判断是以所在路段的速度限制为依据的。即使在限速条件下,仍有61%的驾驶员超速行车。驾驶员行车速度的选择普遍受同向行驶其他车辆的影响。最后为有效控制行车速度提出新思路。
