路面预防性养护效益评估方法

Abstract:
针对目前国内外尚没有成型的预防性养护成本效益评估的模式和方法的问题,探讨了路面预防性养护的成本和效益构成及对比分析有关评价方法,且在分析预防性养护对道路寿命周期成本影响的基础上,提出了预防性养护财务分析法。通过比较预防性养护方案与零预防性养护方案诸多方面的差异,考虑收费公路业主的过路费收入等,提出采用净年值差这个经济指标评估预防性养护对道路寿命周期内成本效益的贡献值。案例及敏感性分析验证了该方法的可靠性及实用价值。
